I’m an award-winning web designer who’s been in the game since 1989. I design for Flash, HTML, print, identity… you name it…

I grew up and trained in London, and emigrated to Australia in 1994. I was creative director for a large Sydney below-the-line agency,
then started a successful digital agency in 1998 (which is now part of the Ogilvy Group).

But more important than all of that, I’m now Creative Director at Silver Pistol, which I co-founded with world-class copywriter Glenn Murray.
Silver Pistol does web design, web development, search engine optimization (SEO), creative concept and visitor-friendly SEO copywriting.

I love web design (sick, I know)

I don’t do web design because it’s my job. Or because I’m good at it. Or even because I’m passionate about it. (Although all of those things are true!)

I do web design because I can’t stop. I simply can’t help myself. When I look at a website, a logo or a presentation, I see, not what it is, but what it could be. How it could do more for the business it’s promoting, how a different concept might be more effective, or a different headline.

Fortunately, I’ve been able to put my web design obsession to good use. Over the years, I’ve worked on some pretty exciting stuff, for the likes of Coca Cola, LG, Nestlé, KFC, Pizza Hut and Toyota.

The work you did for Glenn Murray is beautiful. It really did take my breath away and I view 1000s of websites of every month. You’ve definitely got tremendous talent.
